Jack joined the funeral home staff in 2008 after retiring from Penn State University as a professor, teaching geology for over 40 years. He is also retired, after five years of service as an EMT with Medic Rescue Ambulance Service. As a supplement to the funeral home staff and guests, he has maintained CPR and Emergency First Aid certificates.
Married 57 years to Kathy (Ross) of Beaver Falls, the couple has 3 children, one deceased, a daughter in Copenhagen, Denmark, a son in Hatboro, PA, and 3 grandchildren.
Jack presently serves the Corless Funeral Home Family as one of the coach drivers.
