Suzie Katherine (Jones) Sallade Obituary (1928

Susie Katherine Sallade, 86, of South Beaver Twp. died surrounded by family on Wednesday April 1, 2015, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley Beaver. Born May 7, 1928 in Nicklesville, VA was the daughter of the late William R. & Elsie G. (Wood) Jones. She was a member of the Church of the Living Christ, Bridgewater, was the manager and co-owner of Sunshine Center Laundromats and was a beautician graduate of Beaver Falls School of Cosmetology. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Byron "Bud" H. Sallade, Jr. on April 2, 2004 and three brothers Ballard, Arden and Arthur Jones. She is survived by her children Byron Richard ( Christiane) Sallade, Rio De Janeiro Brazil; Gary William ( Patricia) Sallade, Big Beaver; Jonathan P. Sallade, South Beaver Twp.; Acadia Ann ( David) Wilcox, Coatesville, PA; Marsha Lynn ( Wesley) Frey, Lakeland, FL; and E. Jilda ( Roger) Miller, Tulsa, OK; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons. Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8PM in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801-4th Avenue Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Where a service will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jeff Seivers of Valley Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver.
