Ruth E. (Rombold) Borkovich Obituary (1930

Ruth E. Borkovich Eastvale Ruth E. Borkovich, 87, of Eastvale, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 with her family by her side. Born August 24, 1930 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Lena Hoey Rombold. She had previously been employed at Westinghouse Corporation in Vanport and at Fisher's Big Wheel in New Brighton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Nick Borkovich, Jr. who died in 1992, and ten brothers and sisters. She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Sandra and Ray Statton, VA, Ralph and Bernadette Borkovich, South Beaver Township, Robert and Darlene Borkovich, VA, John and Crystal Borkovich, Eastvale, Cheryl Orosz and her boyfriend Kevin Firth, Patterson Township, Joyce and Jerry Cobb, Eastvale, 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, a brother Art Rombold, New Brighton, and a sister, Lena Neal, Vanport. Friends will be received Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until the time of the service at 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, with Rev. Donald W. MacNeil, pastor of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene, and Mr. Doug Campbell officiating. Interment will be private.
