Robert T. Steinecke

Robert T. Steinecke, 83, of Darlington, died Thursday, June 28, 2012 in Allegheny General Hospital.
Born January 16, 1929, in Darlington, he was the son of the late Robert I. & Mary ( McCowin) Steinecke. He retired as an Elementary Teacher with the Big Beaver Falls School District after 39 years of service, and attended the Chippewa Evangelical Free Church.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, whom he married on June 19, 1959, Mildred G. Steineke; a daughter and son-in-law, Johnna & Richard Taggart, Lewisberry, PA; four grandchildren and their spouses, Brian & Melissa Taggart; Emily & Bryan Siwicki; Abbie Taggart; and Shelley & Jonathan Reimer; a great granddaughter Genevieve Siwicki; a brother & sister-in-law Donald & Delores Steinecke; a niece Laurie & Dave Meyer, and two great nieces Jessica & Megan Meyer.
Family and friends will be received Sunday from 12 noon until time of the service at 6:30PM in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801-4th Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Pastor Bill Walder will officiate.
Private interment will be in Beaver Cemetery, Beaver PA.
