Patricia J. (Arthur) Androlia Obituary (1927

Patricia J. "Pat" Androlia, 88, of Big Beaver, died Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Cambridge Village. Born June 14, 1927 in Big Beaver, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Lindsay Arthur. She was a member of St. Monica Parish, she had taught CCD for many years at the former St. Ann's Catholic Church in New Galilee, and had been a member of the choir. She was a member of the Big Beaver Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary. She was a great baker and homemaker. She was a loving and caring person who loved her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Willis M. Androlia on January 4, 2014, her son-in-law, Dr. Alex Pizarro, and her extended sisters, Rosalie Gehley and Anna Mae McKenzie. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Dale and Linda Androlia, Montana, Linda Pizarro, Port Charlotte, FL, Jeff and Rhonda Androlia, Big Beaver, Greg and Kimberly Androlia, Big Beaver, eight grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer Druzisky, Dale, Jr. and Emily Androlia, Christopher Androlia and Shawna Sullivan, Belinda and Adam Campbell, Heidi Androlia, Nicole Androlia, Kelsey Androlia, and Kayla Androlia, five great-grandchildren, soon to be six with baby Campbell on the way, Heather and Mike Sommers, Sarah Jaine Androlia, Sarah Kathryn Androlia, Hunter Androlia and Easton Androlia, and her extended brother and sister, Bob Covert and Karen Radovic. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, where prayers will be recited on Monday at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Monica Parish, Darlington Worship Site, with Rev. Father John Naugle as celebrant. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver.
