Martha V. (Squares) Large Obituary (1928

Martha V. (Squares) Large Chippewa Township Martha V. (Squares) Large, 90, of Chippewa Township, died Monday, November 12, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born May 12, 1928 in Blackbird, DE, she was the daughter of the late John E. Squares and Laura Clementine Sword. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Large, a son, James E. Large, two brothers, John E. Squares and James E. Squares, six sisters, Myrtle Blanchfield, Ruth Ellen Carroll, Elizabeth Blanchfield, Laura Lugovoy, Louise Foraker, and Idamae Ford. She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, David and Diana Large, Andrew Large, Harry and Janice Large, five grandchildren, Beth Whipple and husband Joe, Mandy Tinkey and husband Allan, Kachina Fenton, James Large and wife Holly, Jennifer Ellis and husband Shawn, six great-grandchildren, Kiersten Whipple, Hailey Whipple, Clarissa Tinkey, Jamey Barkay, Ian Ruess, Alanta Fenton, and a sister Rosie Moore. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. There will be an additional visitation on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Keith Black officiating. Private interment in Beaver Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to Vitas Hospice, 2009 Mackenzie Way, Suite 110, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. The family would like to thank all of the care givers with Vitas Hospice, especially Andrea, Connie, Lois, Terri, and Leah for all of their loving care and support for Martha.
