Martha L. (Martsolf) Hackett Obituary (1937

Martha L. Hackett College Hill Martha L. Hackett, 80, of College Hill, died Saturday April 8, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident. Born April 5, 1937 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Bernice (Shroads) Martsolf. She was a member of the New Brighton United Methodist Church and retired from College Hill Presbyterian Church as a secretary. She was a graduate of Beaver Falls High Class, Class of 1955. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Charles "Chip" Martsolf. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gary W. Hackett, three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Ricky Roberts, Pittsburgh, Susan and Shawn Ruby, Dawson, PA, and Jeanne and Edward Lauch, Wampum, eight grandchildren Jared (Tiffany) Roberts, Daniel (Leslie) Roberts, Alicia Roberts, Kelley (Joseph) Biondo, Jacob Coakley, Zachary Coakley, Edward Lauch, and William Lauch, five great-grandchildren and soon to be a sixth great-grandchild, a brother and sister-in-law James and Donna Martsolf, and a sister-in-law Pat Martsolf. Friends will be received Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, where the service will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with her pastor Rev.
