Margaret Gwynn (Norman) Reyle

Margaret Gwynedd "Gwynn" Norman Reyle of Beaver Falls, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 28, 2022. She was a daughter of the late George Melville and Margaret Brinkerhoff (Wyks) Norman. She was born December 30, 1933, in Westwood, NJ. She graduated from Westwood High School, Westwood, NJ and received her BS Degree from Paterson State Teachers College in Paterson, NJ. She served on the faculty of Pine Tree Independent School District in Longview, TX, teaching kindergarten, and Blackhawk School District in Beaver Falls PA, teaching first grade at Patterson Elementary. She retired in 1996. In retirement she and her husband enjoyed numerous McCarter bus trips as well as several trips to Europe.
Gwynn was active with the Pioneer Girls Program at New Durham Chapel in New Brunswick, NJ and Pine Tree Bible Church in Longview, TX. She was an active member of the College Hill Reformed Presbyterian Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher and on the Youth Nurture Committee. She was an active member of the Highlander's Missionary Fellowship Group and the Young at Heart Group. In October 2020, when College Hill Reformed Presbyterian Church became two congregations, she joined Hope Community Reformed Presbyterian Church encouraging the ministry to the local community in the College Hill neighborhood. For many years she served with her husband delivering Meals on Wheels.
Gwynn was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Stanley Paul Reyle, who died August 9, 2016, and by a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Fred Van Riper of West Milford, NJ. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, George and Jackie Norman of Hillsdale, NJ.
Gwynn is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lorrie and Timothy Meneely of Pittsburgh, PA; her son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Serena Reyle of West Grove, PA; nine grandchildren; Jennifer (Andrew) Garcia of Pittsburgh, PA; Joshua Meneely of Pittsburgh, PA; Jordan Meneely, currently serving in the US Navy; Jacob Reyle of West Grove, PA; Lydia (Brian) Corcoran of Midland, PA; Caleb (Naomi) Reyle of Wilmington, DE; Abigail (Thomas) Wise of Landenberg, PA; Ethan Reyle of West Grove, PA; and Bethany Reyle of Mechanicsburg, PA; and four great grandchildren; Benjamin and Madeline Garcia, Hector Corcoran, and Amelia Reyle.
Gwynn was an avid reader and through the years enjoyed adding to her beloved grandchildren's libraries. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and desired their salvation beyond everything. They all knew that she prayed for them every day.

Visitation will be Friday, November 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Hill and Kunselman, 3801 Fourth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Funeral Service will be 10am at Hope Community Reformed Presbyterian Church, 3400 Fifth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hope Community Reformed Presbyterian Church.
