Lysle T. Wickline Obituary (1931

Lysle T. Wickline, 84, of Beaver Falls and formerly of West Mayfield, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015. Born February 10, 1931 in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Robert and Gladys Wickline. He retired from Babcock and Wilcox Tubular Products, Specialty Metals Dept. He was an avid golfer that lived for his grandchildren. He scheduled his life around his grandchildren's sports activities; that brought him immense happiness; he never missed a game or practice, at home or away. He was a prime example of what a husband should be, by his dedication and devotion to his wife of 61 years, Molly (Ventresca) Wickline, Beaver Falls, the closeness they shared was so very special to each other. They had three children Donna (Tony) Cortese, Beaver Falls and the late Alan and Michael Wickline. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Alan Wickline, Tony Cortese, Justin Best, Emma, Jake and Olivia Wickline; a sister, Betty Lou McCoy and a daughter-in-law, Gretchen Wickline. He had many brothers and sisters who have passed away. Friends will be received Sunday from 6:00 p.m. till the time of service at 7:00 p.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, his son-in-law Pastor Tony Cortese will officiate. Private interment will be in Sylvania Hill Memorial Park, Daugherty Twp.
