Lois C. Stanley

Lois C. Stanley, 91, of the Providence Care Center, formerly of White Township, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
Born June 27, 1923 in Dexter, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Doris Rowell Bonneau. She had been co-owner of Stanley's Tree Service with her late husband William C. Stanley, retiring in 2001. She had been active in the White Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and the Steffin Hill Mother's Club.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son Robert J. Stanley in 2012, her grandson William F. Stanley, Jr., and three sisters, Dorothy Moreau, Geraldine Bowers, and Isabel Burley.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William F. Sr. and Joyce Stanley, Enon Valley, her three grandchildren Jamie Stanley-King, Shawn Stanley and his wife Stephanie, Tim Stanley, and her three great-grandchildren, Ashley Stanley McClintock, William M. Stanley, and Ella Stanley, and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a private visitation and funeral service for family and close friends on Saturday. Rev. Gary Hilton will officiate.
Private interment in Sylvania Hills Cemetery, Daugherty Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lois's name to the Beaver County Cancer & Heart Association, 3582 Brodhead Road, Suite 201, Monaca, PA 15061.
Her family would like to thank the staff of the Providence Care Center for the love and care shown to Lois, especially the 2nd Floor, 2A, nurses and aides, who treated her with respect and compassion. And a special thank you to Sarah.
