Gloria E. (Ritchey) Hamilton

Gloria "Gram" Hamilton, 88, of Beaver Falls passed away peacefully with her daughter and son-in-law by her side on Friday, July 13, 2018.
She was born April 9, 1930 in Oil City, PA Venango County. She grew up in Fallscreek, PA and graduated from Fallscreek High School, where she met and married her late husband, William H. "Bill" Hamilton III. Together they moved to Beaver Falls in 1957. She was a devoted homemaker and an expert seamstress. She was an avid football fan of the Steelers and High School teams. She enjoyed working Crossword and Jigsaw Puzzles, cooking, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.
Gloria will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Russell Harsh, Beaver Falls and their children Eric (Laura) Harsh, Brighton Township and Kelly (Jeff) Manning, Patterson Heights; a daughter-in-law, Linda Hamilton and her children Billy (Viviana) Hamilton and Wesley (Natisha) Hamilton, all in California and eleven great grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands passing in July 2010, she was preceded in death by a son, William H. Hamilton IV in Feb. 2018.
Friends will be received Friday, July 20, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls. A family friend Pastor Ben Kendrew of Hillside Christian Community in Carnegie will officiate.
Private interment will be in Beaver Falls Cemetery.
Sheila would like to thank her loving husband Russ for all his help, kindness, support and devotion he gave to her and her mother, throughout Gloria's illness. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Janet Harsh for her friendship and help over many years. The family appreciates the loving care Gloria received from Trinity Family Practice, Progressive Healthcare, Gallagher Home Health and Grane Hospice.
